中文摘要 | 在都市地區人口密集的地方,要取得路權來架設空線是有困難的。另外,由於變電所內交錯的輸電線路及兼顧都市景觀的考慮下,地下電纜線路的使用將會愈來愈多。地下電纜線路於竣工後須進行竣工試驗,近來曾發生數條電纜線路在通過直流耐壓試驗後,經送電幾小時後,卻發生電纜故障的事件。經研究顯示,地下電纜線路竣工試驗以交流耐壓試驗來作為施工不良的偵測是非常有效的。本公司綜合研究所於92年11月引進了161kV/69kV交流耐壓試驗系統,並在短短1年多中發現了至少有4次電纜材質或施工的不良之缺失,導致無法通過交流耐壓試驗。解剖調查發現了一些施工的缺失,這種缺失只要稍微注意就很容易避免的,由於這種試驗研究很有參考價值,希望本文發表能對從事電力電纜同仁或同業有所幫助。 |
英文摘要 | It is difficult to get admission to build overhead lines in a densely populated city considering the complicated circuits in the substation and cityscape. Underground power cables have to do the final test when the installation of the cable system has been completed. Recently, some cables have passed direct voltage dielectric test, but they were faulted in several hours after served in system. Evidently in research, it is very efficient to test installation fault by using alternating voltage dielectric test. An alternating voltage dielectric test system for 69kV/161kV was bought by Taiwan Power Research Institute in November 2003. There were four material installation faults found in a year, and unable to pass the test. Some installation faults, could have been easily avoided with attention. The research has a very valuable reference, and would be useful to those who are charged in the power cable work or the same business. |
