中文摘要 | 本研究是以「強酸萃取」肺鎳氫電池中的鎳金屬,然後使用3D多孔性碳電極,在定電位下「電解回收」鎳金屬。鎳金屬回收主要針對一顆AA大小的廢鎳氫電池電池(約25g重)之進行回收。「多孔性3D碳電極」比較於「2D平板電極」有較高之比表面積,可以提高回收速率。多孔性碳電極有較佳之電化學特性,結果顯示3D碳電極在定電壓下,有較高的回收電流,即回收量可以提高2倍。本研究發現電解回收時,電位宜控制在-1,100~-1,200mV(vs. SCE)之間,萃取鎳金屬濃度在30g/L,製備時以1:1之citrate 錯離子莫耳比添加量時為最佳,電解回收溫度在60℃下,質傳條件控制在300-600rpm,鎳金屬粉末之電解回收效率可達90-93%以之間。 |
英文摘要 | The recovery process is focused on the "extraction" of the Ni metal from scrap Ni-MH battery by strong acids, then "electrowining" Ni metal by a potentionstatic method using 3D porous carbon electrode. The Ni metal recovery process is carried out on AA size of scrap Ni-MH battery (about 25 g). The 3D porous carbon electrode having higher specific surface area, compared to 2D flat electrode, the recovery rate can be increased. It was experimentally studied that the 3D porous carbon electrodes had better electrochemical characteristics, indicated 3D porous carbon electrode having higher recovery current, the recovery rate could be enhanced twice. The study found an optimum operation condition as follows: potential at -1,100~ -1,200 mV (vs. SCE), 30 g/L Ni2+ concentration, complex ion ratio 1:1(citrate), temperature at 60℃, mass transfer at 300-600 rpm. The current efficiency of recovery was about 90-93%. |
