中文摘要 | 本研究計畫旨在調查與研究國外配電系統為因應分散型電源之併網衝擊,所使用之配電饋線電壓品質改善設備之發展情形,例如:電壓調整器、虛功補償器及分散型儲能裝置等,並依台灣地區負載特性及供電方式,探討建立配電饋線電壓控制中心之可行性。本計畫主要研究內容包括:電壓品質相關的名詞、影響因素及管制標準之蒐集與整理、配電饋線電壓品質影響因子之分析、風力發電機併網對配電系統衝擊之研究、配電饋線電壓品質控制技術之探討、風力發電機與電壓控制設備對配電饋線電壓品質之綜合影響分析、建立配電饋線電壓控制中心之可行性分析,以及適合建立配電饋線控制中心之地區與優先施行順序之建議等,研究結果與結論主要提供給臺電相關人員參考。 |
英文摘要 | The main purposes of this research project are to investigate and study the latest development of the distribution feeder voltage quality control equipments such as voltage regulators, reactive power compensator and dispersed storage systems in according with the impact of grid interconnection of distributed generations, and perform a feasibility study of building a distribution feeder voltage control center according to the load profiles and distribution feeder service schemes in the area of Taiwan. The research themes of this project include: collecting and compiling the data of voltage-quality related terminologies, affecting factors and standards, analyzing the major factors that affect the distribution feeder voltage quality, analyzing the impacts on the distribution system that connected with wind generations, examining the distribution feeder voltage control techniques, analyzing the composite effects on the distribution feeder voltage profiles of wind generations and voltage control equipments, doing feasibility study of building a distribution feeder voltage control center, and making recommendations of appropriate areas and their priority for building a distribution feeder voltage control center. The results and conclusion of this project are of values to the reference for the related personnel of Taipower. |
