中文摘要 | 從廢液系統回收進入爐水的含硫或氯之有機污染物,有時候會使爐水中之雜質濃度上升,本計畫之一為在廢料廠房內建立乙套利用紫外線照射分解有機物之簡易設備,進行廢液中總有機碳分解與照射後陰離子生成實驗。1年多來,分別在核一及核二廠完成不同流速之紫外線照射總有機碳分解率與陰離子生成率關係之探討。 本篇報告為探討核一與核二廠於正常運轉及大修期間,廢液取樣槽回收廢液之照射實驗結果及統計推論;至於不可預料之污染環境下,亦會造成較高之相關因離子生成率。此項測試結果雖然無法長期當作定量的依據,但仍可提供短期研判廢液及擬定廢液取樣槽回收廢液水質規範之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Organic contaminants, particularly those containing halogens and sulfur, sometimes ingress via recycled radwaste water and increase reactor water impurity concentration. Photo-oxidation test facilities, which employed ultraviolet irradiation to decompose the organic compounds, has been setup in 1st and 2nd nuclear power plant radwaste building and performed for the measurement both on the degree of TOC decomposition and the generation of strong acid anionic species. Under over one year's experiment, a correlation can be systematically established between the decomposed TOC and the generated anions through the UV irradiation at different test flowrates. This report describes the photo-oxidation test results and the statistical inference of recycled water in radwaste sample tank during plant normal opaeration and shutdown period at 1st and 2nd nuclear power plants. As to the other unexpected conditions with higher ogranic contaminants, both the organic decomposition degree and the anions generations are mainly dependent upon the specificly contaminated compounds producing the associated anion species. Though the photo-oxidation results obtained cannot be used for quantitative analysis in the long run, the test data obtained from the experiment can still be provided as a reference for the judgment of quality specification of TOC in RWST. |
