中文摘要 | 配電系統混合使用架空電纜及地下電纜情形日益增多,由於架空線及地下電纜特性不同,於接續點之突波變化及其對避雷器之影響值得深入探討。 為防止突波之侵入(如雷擊過電壓或系統開關過電壓)破壞,臺電制定防雷原則,採取避雷器及架空地線等方式,保護設備由於過電壓引發之絕緣破壞。本文以配電級之避雷器為主要研究對象,配合電力公司之配電系統防雷原則,針對配電線路之系統及雷擊突波進行分析與模擬(ATP),藉以比較分析國內防雷原則之周延性。 |
英文摘要 | The overhead-line conductors and underground cables are used in a mixed manner nowadays in distribution systems. Because of their complicated characteristics, the effects of traveling surge at the connected point of the overhead-line conductor and cable need further investigations. To protect the equipment from the overvoltage, such as system switching surges or lightning surges, the mitigation methods using arresters and overhead ground wires are adopted by TPC. The relatvie papers and standards of lightning protection methods of overhead-line distribution system will be studied and compared with the TPC's method. The ATP program is used for the relative simulations of the protection schemes. |
