中文摘要 | 本文以認識肢體障礙的類別、肢體障礙學生的游泳教學原則、肢體障礙學生的游泳教學內容、游泳運動對肢體障礙學生的效益等方面做論述。肢體障礙學生對於運動的需求與正常人並無不同,給予肢體障礙學生一個規律的體能活動,能避免或減少由於長期不活動所誘發的慢性疾病。游泳運動可以增進肢體障礙學生體適能及培養成終身運動習慣。本文期能提供給從事肢體障礙游泳教學的老師及相關研究者做參考,在透過修正後的游泳教學安排,能使肢體障礙學生學會游泳運動,並且在生理上、心理上、社會上、情緒上產生助益,真正的享受運動的好處與樂趣;更期能鼓勵肢體障礙學生培養良好運動習慣,建立健康積極的人生觀。 |
英文摘要 | This article discusses different kind of physical disabilities swimming teaching principles and swimming teaching courses. The students with physical disabilities also need to exercise. If these students exercise regularly, they will be healthier. Swimming can help students promote physical activity, health and fitness. This article hopes to help those who teach swimming. Students with physical disabilities can learn how to swim by using special course. They can enjoy the advantage of sports and develop good sports habits and even be more optimistic about their future life. |
