中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討技職院校商業類專科學生在技能檢定與專業認證之認知及其個人屬性變項對技能檢定學習行為之影響。透過文獻分析及問卷調查,並以德明技術學院會計科、財稅科、財金科、銀保科及資管科學生為研究對象,經統計分析得到以下結果:(一)技能檢定與專業認證對學習行為有正面之影響。(二)不同性別在學習動機、學習態度與學習習慣等技能學習行為上有不同之差異,且女生優於男生。(三)不同科系之學生在學習動機、學習態度、學習方法與學習習慣等技能學習行為有顯著差異,且資管系最佳。(四)不同之父母教育程度及職業層次並不會對技能學習行為產生明顯影響。(五)不同畢業規劃之學生在學習動機、學習態度、學習方法與學習習慣等技能學習行為有顯著差異,且升學者較就業者為佳。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of skill tests and personal traits on student's skill learning behavior in the Takming College. This study adapted the literature reviewing and survey method. Questionnaire will be developed by the researcher to measure. There are five major findings and conclusions in this study: (1) The influence of skill tests performance on student's learning behavior is the most positive influence. (2) Female students have higher influence for learning motivation, learning attitude and learning custom than those of male students. (3) Students from different department have different influence on learning motivation, learning attitude, learning method and learning custom. (4) On the whole, there were to significant differences among the subjects whose parents had various education backgrounds or employments. (5) The subjects who continued further study were superior to the subjects who looked for employment after graduation on learning motivation, learning attitude, learning method and learning custom. |
