中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在探討使用不同重量的高爾夫球桿進行空揮桿後,對於桿頭速度的影響。本研究以16名大學男生為受試對象,以測速器測量受試者的桿頭速度,將所得的結果以重覆量數單因子變異數分析進行檢定。研究發現使用正常球桿與加重球桿空揮桿5次後,所測量的桿頭速度都高於僅以身體活動熱身後所測得的桿頭速度,而且差異達顯著水準。在使用兩種不同重量球桿空揮桿5次後所測量的桿頭速度差異未達顯著水準。本研究結論:對於初學者而言,使用正常重量或加重球桿空揮桿5次後,再使用正常重量球桿揮桿,都可以有效提昇桿頭速度,而且兩種方式對於桿頭速度的提昇具有相同的效果。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the immediate effects of using different weights of golf club on club head speed. 16 collegiate male students were the participants in this study. Swing speed radar was used to measure the subjects' club head speed. The results were analyzed by repeated measures one-way ANOVA. It showed that the club head speeds by using normal-weight golf club and increased-weight golf club for five swings are both higher than that of warming-up without any golf club, and the difference is significant. However, the difference between warming-up by using normal-weight of golf club and increased-weight of golf club for five swings were not significant. In conclusion, beginners were suggested to warm up by using either normal-weight club or increased-weight club, which can equally boost their club head speed. |
