中文摘要 | 摘 要 本研究共分兩部份,首先建構觀念架構,並試圖整理出數個與傳統工作相關構念不 盡相同的社團指導參與構念,分別是大專社團指導工作投入(其內含因素為社團指導工 作參與及社團指導工作關懷),社團指導工作滿足(其內含因素為社團指導工作滿意、社 團領導者滿意)等構面與內含。 本研究運用第一部份建立的架構與假設進行實證分析發現社團指導工作投入、社團 指導工作滿足等二構面皆對社團指導留任傾向之間的關係有顯著影響。其中以社團指導 工作參與、社團領導者滿意二因素對社團指導留任傾向為強而有力的預測變項。 本研究貢獻有二:其一建構大專社團指導工作參與相關的構念與變數,並由之建立 試探性社團指導留任傾向理論架構。其二對上述變數與關係進行實證分析並獲得滿意的 結果。 |
英文摘要 | Abstract There are two major parts in this research, First, In order to establish a conceptual model of conductor intention to remain in student union. We established a set of constructs as follows: student union conductor job involvement and student union conductor job satisfaction affect student union conductor intention to stay. According to empirical study of this study , their validity and consistency are acceptable. Second, In order to verify the power of predicting and explanation for this model, wewould like to establish a set of hypothesis, while their confirmation can improve the conceptual model. All hypothesis established are be approved the reliability and validity in explanation and prediction. |
