中文摘要 | 本研究提出5.77G-Hz矩形微帶天線,主要是應用於高頻收發電路系統,其優點為可用之頻寬較多,傳輸速度快,其指向性高,並且能將信號傳輸至較遠之處。在設計上,應考慮尺寸大小(size)、重量(weight)、長度(length)、厚度(thickness)、形狀(shape)等;而電性特性方面亦須考慮天線的場型(radiation pattern) 、頻寬(bandwidth)、極化方向(polarization)、駐波比(SWR)、返回損耗(return loss)、增益(gain)等因素。在模擬方面,目前的模擬軟體並無法非常準確地預測其特性,而本研究以目前較常使用的軟體之一IE3D Version 10.0 進行模擬。在電路實現上,由於微帶天線具有體積較小、重量輕、平面組態及價格低廉等多項優點,並且適合於振盪器、放大器、調變器、混波器等模組與積體電路在平面上共存,因此,本電路使用此種微帶天線方式製作。本研究經模擬與量測之結果如下:返回損耗(return loss)S11 分別為-26 dB/-13.5 dB,頻寬(bandwidth)分別為 200MHz/160MHz,在0度與90度時的Eθ與Eφ場型(radiation pattern)表現,亦有良好之特性。 |
英文摘要 | The research investigates on 5.77G-Hz rectanglar shape microstrip antennathat applies in radio frequency transceiver cricuit system. Because high frequency communication can use more bandwidth, fast response, good index and long transmission path, it is implemented extensively. In the design, we nust consider size, weight, length, thickness, shape and the electrical properties of bandwidth, polariztion, stand ratio, return loss, gain. The simulation software can't exact preview result recently. The research simulation software is IE3D Version 10.0. It is one of softwares that are used more often. Because of microstrip antenna has compact size, light weight, flat modular and low cost advantages. Besides, it suits oscillator, modulator, mixer modular and integrated circuis (IC) integrated in the same plane. So we use this microstrip antenna to implement. The microstrip antenna return loss of -26dB/-13.5dB, band width of 200MHz/160MHz are circuit performance of the research by simulation and measurement. Radiation pattern Eθ, Eφ at 0 degree, 90 degree also exhibit good performance. |
