中文摘要 | 本實驗在常壓下以批式操作方式進行聚丙烯熱及觸媒裂解反應。裂解溫度範圍為325-500℃。在所測試的觸媒中,以HY、SiO2-Al2O3和HZSM-5等三種對聚丙烯裂解反應最具活性。這三種觸媒都可以使聚丙烯在400℃下,裂解的重量損失百分比由未添加觸媒時的6.96%急遽增加至97%以上。裂解所產生的氣體、液體和殘留固體組成,也會因觸媒的添加與否和觸媒種類而有所不同。觸媒HY,在溫度325和375℃之間所顯現的活性最為顯著。以Pyrolyzer/GC/MS分析並比較未添加及添加觸媒時裂解氣體產物組成的變化,發現以HY為觸媒時,聚丙烯裂解的氣體產物組成與未添加觸媒和添加另外兩種觸媒時有明顯不同。 |
英文摘要 | In this study we investigated the non-catalytic and catalytic degradation of polypropylene (PP) at atmospheric pressure by batch operation. The degradation temperature was in the range 325-500℃. HY, SiO2-Al2O3, and HZSM-5 zeolites were shown to be very effective catalysts for increasing the degradation of PP. The percentage weight loss of PP with active catalyst was greater than 97% in comparison with that of 6.96% for non-catalytic degradation at 400℃. The yields of product gas, liquid, and solid residue were different for non-catalytic and catalytic degradations. Between 325 and 375℃, HY had the highest degradation activity. Pyrolyzer/GC/MS was carried out to analyze the gaseous product distribution. The results showed that the gaseous product distribution of PP over HY was very different from those with non-catalytic degradation and degradation over the other two catalysts. |
