中文摘要 | 本文目的在檢視國小校長實際的領導第略。本文首先探討領導的相關理論,第二部分則剖析陽光國小金校長的領導策略。金校長採取五項領導策略予以因應,這五項策略分別為:(一)提供豐富的教學、行政資源,讓教師有揮灑的空間;(二)對課程推展不預設立場,尊重教師專業;(三)以身作則,並且真心與老師溝通;(四)鼓勵教師專業成長,提供發展長才的舞台;(五)鼓勵教師專業對話,塑造開放、信任的學校文化。本文結語強調,領導者與跟隨者的協商合作,才能締造雙嬴的佳績。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study is to examine actual strategies of an elementary-school principal's leadership. First of all, this paper discusses theories of leadership. Secondly, it analyzes strategies of leadership about Principal King . The Principal King adopts five leadership strategies: (l)Providing rich teaching and administrative resources for that teachers can devote themselves to teaching; (2)keeping neutral in curriculum development and respecting teachers' profession; (3)leading teachers by personal examples; (4)promoting teachers' professional developments; and (5)encouraging professional dialogues among teachers. In conclusion, this paper suggests that negotiation between leaders and followers is the best principal to create double-win. |
