中文摘要 | 本篇研究的目的探討以60%最大自主收縮之電刺激劑量強度下進行四 週訓練,對於正常年輕男性在膝彎曲60及90度下等長肌力的影響;23位年輕 男性受試者志願參與本研究,7位受試者於膝彎曲60度下進行電刺激訓練,另 外7位受試者於膝彎曲90度下進行電刺激訓練,9位受試者為不接受電刺激訓 練之控制組;本研究使用蘇聯波之電刺激參數模式來訓練非慣用腳,將2500Hz 之中頻正弦波調制成每秒50個波組,每次電刺激刺激10秒、休息50秒,每回 電刺激訓練非慣用腳股四頭肌收縮15次,每週訓練三回,共訓練四週。劑量化 電刺激訓練前後進行膝伸肌在彎曲90度、60度、及30度之最大等長肌力測試, 所有的等長肌力測量及電刺激訓練時之肌力值測量皆以Kin-Com 500H等速測力 機進行;研究結果顯示使用60%MVC之電刺激訓練對於非慣用腳在等長肌力進 步百分比方面較控制組顯著的增加,同時電刺激訓練組在慣用腳等長肌力也有增 加的趨勢,但是在膝彎曲60度及90度電刺激訓練這兩組之訓練效果並無明顯的 差異,此研究結果證實使用特定劑量化的電刺激訓練對於股四頭肌等長肌力有增 進的效果,發展劑量化的電刺激訓練計劃對於臨床肌肉訓練及復健運動之應用為 相當重要的方法。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to examine the training effect on isometric strength of knee extensors at knee flexion 60 and 90 degrees in normal young men through the intensity of 60% maximal voluntary contraction (MVC) of electrical stimulation (ES) training for 4 weeks. Twenty-three subjects were randomly assigned into 60%MVC at knee flexion 60 degrees (N=7), 60%MVC at knee flexion 90 degrees (N=7), and the control group (N=9). The ES training mode in this study was similar to the parameters of the tradition Russian Current. Median frequency (2500Hz) stimulation modulated to 50 bursts per second was used. The ES duty cycle was 10 seconds of ES that induced isometric contraction at knee 60 or 90 degrees and then 50 seconds for rest. Twelve training sessions each included 15 times of ES to quadriceps femoris of the non-dominant side lasted for 4 weeks. A Kin-Com 500H isokinetic dynamometer was used to evaluate the isometric strength of both knee extensors before and after the ES training program. The results showed the isometric increase percentage of knee extensor of the non-dominant side in both ES training groups were significantly greater than the control group at knee flexion 90 and 60 degrees. The ES training groups in the isometric strength of knee extensor of the dominant side increased after 4-week ES training. However, the training effects on isometric of knee extensors between both ES training groups were not significantly different. The results suggested that the quantitative ES training appeared to be effective in enhancing isometric strength of quadriceps femoris. The development of quantitative ES training programs may be an important method for the application of clinical muscle training and rehabilitation. |
