中文摘要 | 因為肌肉所能產生的力量與肌肉的長度有關,再加上槓桿作用使肌肉牽動關節轉動時產生隨著關節角度的不同而有不同的力量表現的現象。本研究利用固定式肘關節測力機測量固定肘關節角度下肘關節可以產生的最大等長肌力。經過測量51人(平均年齡24.75±4.75歲)肘關節伸屈動作的關節角度與力矩關係後發現:1.?4節屈曲時,關節角度在110度時可以產生最大力矩值,在未達110度時,關節角度越大,力矩值漸增;過110度後,力矩值隨著角度越大而減少。2.肘關節伸展時,在肘關節最小角度30度時可以產生最大力短,之後隨著角度增加而力矩值稍稍下降,但兩者間的關係曲線不如肘關節屈曲時來的明顯。3.分析後發現有訓練的受試者不論屈曲或伸展,都可以產生較大的力矩值,尤其在可以產生最大力短值的角度增加最明顯,慣用手與非慣用手的情形與訓練與否的情形類似,但兩者間並無差異存在。 |
英文摘要 | The joint force is correlated with joint angle by the leverage effect and muscular strength. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship of the elbow angle and torque using static elbow joint tensiometer. Fifty one healthy subjects(average age 24.75±4.74 years) were tested both elbow flexion and extension moments. Results of the present study showed that: 1) in the elbow flexion, the maximal torque was produced at the 110-degree elbow angle. Before 110-degree, the more elbow angle increased, the more torque increased. After 110-degree, the more elbow angle increased, the less torque produced. 2) In the elbow extension, the maximal torque was produced at the 30-degree of elbow angle. The more elbow angle increased, the less torque was produced. 3) Either elbow flexion or elbow extension, the trained subjects had higher torque produced than untrained subjects especially in the angle which maximal torque produced. Dominant hands had higher torque produce than nondominant hands. But, there were no significant difference between trained subjects and untrained subjects as well as dominant hands and nondominant hands. |
