中文摘要 | 本研究目的主要以「角色衝突」之觀點來探討醫療從業人員學士在職進修之工作壓力。研究對象為民國九十、九十一、九十二學年度至慈濟技術學院就讀護理系與醫務管理系的學士在職進修專班的醫療從業人員,全面發放問卷,並獲得249份有效問卷。 研究結果發現個人的接納責任能力與尋求支援能力,與在職進修工作壓力有顯著的反向影響。因此,醫療機構管理者對於有意申請學士在職進修的部屬,應給予正確的觀念與訓練,宣導在職進修的目的主要是為「在職場上已有能力妥善規劃時間與工作順序,並能多方尋求支援完成工作,且未來有意接受更上層樓挑戰的個人而設計的,而非職場不適應的避難所」。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate work stress of medical personnel during their in-service education of Bachelor program. 249 valid questionaires included the students of nursing and health administration departments in the Tzu-chi college of technology. This study found that their work stress was significance influenced by personal responsibility and ability of searching support. These finding will help managers of medical institutes understand the stressors of medical personnel with in-service education and develop strategies to offer the employee exact training and concept. |
