中文摘要 | 重視醫療品質及強調員工參與活動是近年來醫療產業提昇競爭力的最佳策略,而品管圈活動正是落實員工參與的最佳手段。本研究以實證研究瞭解醫院推動品管圈活動後員工的認知、態度、行為表現及整體評價。本研究採行橫斷式研究法,對個案醫院進行調查,共發出130份問卷,回收103份問卷,有效問卷共99份,問卷回收率為76%。研究結果:多數員工認為品管圈活動是一項可以提高人員生產效率的良好途徑,同時能夠提高醫院的競爭力,但卻會造成其工作上的負荷。員工參與品管圈後,確實有助於改善其工作表現、效率,且願意花費較多的心思在工作與品質改善上。員工們亦認為參與品管圈活動後能增加學習的機會與提高解決工作上的問題。 |
英文摘要 | Attaching importance to medical quality and placing emphasis on employees’ participation are the best strategies of medical industry to enhance competitiveness in recent years. And quality control circle activity is the best approach to fulfill employees’ participation. By empirical research, this study tries to understand hospital employees’ cognition, attitude, behavior performance, and overall evaluation after hospitals’ advancing quality control circle activity. This study investigated hospitals by cross-sectional research method. One hundred and thirty questionnaires were issued, 103 copies came back, among which 99 copies were effective, and the response rate was 76%. The findings are as follows: Most of the employees think that quality control circle activity is a good approach to enhance employees’ productive efficiency and hospital’s competitiveness, but it increases employees’ work burden. Participating in quality control circle activity helps the employees enhance their work performance, efficiency, and their willingness to pay more attention on work and quality improvement. The employees also think that participating in quality control circle activity can increase the opportunity of learning and help them solve problems on work. |
