中文摘要 | 軸流式葉輪在流體(空氣、水、油等)傳遞方面扮演極為重要的角色,而其正常的運作將可達到系統冷卻、散熱、及介質運送等目的。在冷卻功能方面,依冷卻方法的不同可區分為空氣冷卻式和液體冷卻式兩種。前者適用於輕小型及熱量產生較少的系統,如電腦主機散熱;而後者則用於處理需快速散熱的大型系統,如車輛水冷裝置。而在介質運送方面,可應用於地底抽水或油裝置,如深水泵葉輪。本研究將針對以上所提的軸流式葉輪以逆向工程技術發展設計系統以進行實體模型開發。 再者,逆向工程是一種從現有的實物或樣品模型中,建立產品CAD模型及進行特徵編修等功能的重要技術。本研究應用三次元非接觸式掃描儀、CAD/CAM應用軟體、以及本研究自行發展的軸流式葉輪逆向工程曲面建構系統,將軸流式葉輪由單一葉片輪廓點資料掃描到完整葉輪點資料匯入CAD/CAM系統,以做為製作快速原型件的CAD模型資料。除此之外,為了讓學習者了解逆向工程技術的原理、流程、方法等重要資訊,本研究也運用虛擬互動及網頁多媒體技術進行教學系統的製作,以期學習者對於該領域有全面性的認識。因此本研究的主題分別為發展軸流式葉輪設計系統及製作逆向工程教學系統。在軸流式葉輪設計系統建構方面,其執行流程為:(1)掃描單一葉片特徵輪廓點資料;(2)匯入軸流式葉輪設計系統進行曲面及葉輪製作;(3)將葉輪點資料匯入CAD/CAM系統以做為快速原型件製作處理。至於在建立逆向工程教學系統上,規劃其內容包含初學者導引、逆向工程技術概論、範例實作等三個部分。 由於本研究所發展的系統具有設計及學習的特性,因此除了可運用於學術單位之外,也可做為產業葉輪設計工具的使用,而其教學系統也可成為學習逆向工程技術新進人員教育訓練的使用教材。另一方面,由於教學系統內容以專案實例導向為架構,所以對於充實該領域內的本質專長及活用學習技能於工作中將有極大的幫助。 |
英文摘要 | Axial wheels play an important role for delivering fluid (e.g. air, water, oil, etc.), and the purpose of cooling, heating release, and carrying fluid medium are achieved in normal operation. On cooling filed, depend on cooling medium to divide ti into two types-pneumatic mode and hydraulic mode. The former is adopted on small-scale and less heating system, heat-loose deice of PC; the latter is used on cooling system of vehicle. On conveying fluid medium, the equipment of deep-pump is used for pumping the water or oil form underground. In the study, developing axial wheel design and web-based learning system form Reverse Engineering technology to build the CAD model and RP part of products. Meanwhile, Reverse Engineering is a technology that generates CAD model and modify its features from physical object or sample. Applying non-coordinate type coordinate measurement machine, CAD/CAM software, and design system of axial wheels by self constructed to make the real RP part from contour data points of single leaf. Besides, create a web-based learning platform by virtual and multimedia techniques for the RE, the contents are included concepts, theories, practical methods and procedures to learners. Hence, there are two topics are expound. The procedure for constructing axial wheels design system is: (1) scanning the data points of key-contour of single leaf by non-contact type CMM; (2) building the surface model of axial wheel and export it to CAD/CAM; (3) Translating CAD model into STL format and exporting to RP machine to make RP part. As regard web-based learning system, there are three parts are planned guide to beginners, survey of RE technology, and practical examples. |
