中文摘要 | 國內目前技職教育的發展環境日益嚴峻,增添校務經營管理與發展的壓力與困難,為了提昇校務經營績效與提高教育品質,教育組織可以嘗試導入平衡計分卡(BSC)策略管理工具來強化教育組織聚焦於學校使命、願景、及策略議題上的能力,同時釐清學校如何透過組織無形資產與內部流程的結合,來面對需求多元及競爭激烈的技職校院發展環境。本研究透過問卷調查與訪談,得到個案學校BSC四個構面的目標及其相關指標,並將資料轉化成策略地圖的架構,以了解各個構面目標間的因果關係,及策略要件間的相關位置。 |
英文摘要 | Faced with more challenges and competition from WTO, many technological and vocational schools have been under enormous pressure to improve both performance and education quality. Meeting these challenges will require these schools to seek new ways to improve the chances for success. The balanced scorecard ( BSC ) can help school leaders focus on the organization’s mission, vision, and strategy, and develop an integrated set of organization intangible assets and internal processes to face rapid demands and continuous changes in education services. The results of this study present the potential objectives and measures of a balanced scorecard for a technological and vocational school, as well as a strategy map which presents the cause-and-effect relationships of strategic elements. |
