中文摘要 | 製程能力指標是提供業界一種方便又好用的製程品質評估工具,可瞭解目前整個製程情況,確保產品的品質維持符合業者或顧客的要求水準。第三代製程能力指標 結合 的分子及 的分母,因此可以反應製程良率也能反應製程期望損失,但是第三代製程能力指標的估計式分配很複雜,欲建立製程能力指標的信賴區間相當困難,因此本研究將採取有別於頻率學派觀點的貝氏學派統計推論方法,求得信賴區間判斷製程能力是否達到業者或顧客的要求。本研究並以模擬方式驗證此方法之有效性及可行性,最後以一實例來說明如何應用第三代製程能力指標之貝氏信賴區間得知製程品質的良窳。 |
英文摘要 | Process Capability Indices are useful and convenient tool to evaluate process quality. They are used to realize current situation of the process, to assure of product quality meeting customer’s requirement. The third generation process capability index combine the numerator of the first generation process capability index and the denominator of the second generation process capability index , it can response both the process quality and the expect loss of process. Since the estimate function of the of the third generation process capability index is too complicate to set up its confidence interval by statistical estimate method from Frequentist point of view. By using the statistical estimate method from Bayesian point of view will solve the problem that Frequentist encountered in conducting the confidence interval of the . |
