中文摘要 | 多構面的組織公民行為係屬潛在或聚合構念,仍未有實證研究特別討論。本研究由聚合構念的角度理解組織公民行為,透過問卷蒐集371名員工的工作滿足、組織承諾、以及知覺主管支持作為組織公民行為的理論網絡變項,使用結構方程模型實證分析組織公民行為的構念特性,並與潛在構念模型進行比較。結果發現結果聚合模型優於結果潛在模型,且變項關係有明顯差異。本研究進一步討論可能原因並提出後續研究建議。 |
英文摘要 | Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has received great attention, however, the construct characteristic of OCB has not been empirically examined. Current study collected data from 371 employees within a manufactory in People's Republic of China and, then, analyzed with structural equation modeling. Result demonstrates that model of aggregate construct as effect fits reasonably well in dataset than model of latent construct as effect. Moreover, in model of aggregate construct as effect, the relationship of job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior is statistically significant while insignificant in model of latent construct as effect. Possible explanations and future suggestions are discussed. |
