中文摘要 | 本研究是經立意取樣選擇北部某護理專科學校護理科五專部四年級138位學生為對象,探討其對個案報告的知識、態度、書寫滿意度及其影響因素。採橫斷式調查法,以結構式問卷為研究工具,於94年9月至10月間利用班級自習課時間進行資料收集,結果顯示:(1) 在有關個案報告的知識方面,以可利用電腦搜尋資料、所引用文獻應註明資料出處、可運用會談與觀察和身體評估收集資料、參考資料書寫格式答對率最高。(2) 在學習書寫個案報告的態度方面,大都認為專業科目學理豐富有助於個案報告的撰寫且學習此份作業對自己未來專業能力進階有幫助。(3) 在對個案報告書寫過程的滿意度方面,以對修習「個案報告寫作」學科在未來就業上的幫助感到非常滿意的分數最高。(4) 會影響個案報告態度的因素是個案報告知識;會影響個案報告書寫滿意度的因素是個案報告知識與態度、未來從事護理工作的興趣。本研究資料期望能提供給科課程委員會在相關課程規劃上的依據及校內外護理老師在輔導書寫作業時的指引。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study was to explore the knowledge, attitudes, and degree of satisfaction of nursing college students who are writing reports and their influencing factors. One hundred and thirty eight fourth-year nursing college students in Taipei were purposively sampled and data was collected from September to October 2005. A cross-sectional study was conducted and a structured survey was used. The result was categorized into four sections. (1) Student’s knowledge of writing case reports: the students who scored the highest were those who had the ability using internet resources and citing and using references correctly. They were also successful in collecting data through interviews and physical assessments and were able to list the references in the required format. (2) Student’s attitudes towards writing case reports: most students stated that professional nursing knowledge had a large impact on their case report writing. Learning how to write case reports also benefited their professional practice. (3) Student’s level of satisfaction over writing case reports: the students who scored the highest in the degree of satisfaction were those who studied “how to write case report.” They agreed that studying the subject at school was important to their professional development. (4) The influencing factor of attitudes was the knowledge of writing case report; and in degree of satisfaction were the knowledge and attitudes of writing case report and student’ interest towards their future nursing practice. The results will provide direction in designing nursing curricula and help school of inside-outside nursing instructors facilitate nursing students as well as promote a better case report writing. |
