中文摘要 | 本描述與相關性研究之目的在暸解護理專科學校之師生對靈性關懷教育需求之內涵,並比較教師及護生對靈性關懷教育需求之差異性,及相關之影響因素。以隨機分層抽樣法招募了53位教師及306位護理科學生 (含二專、五專及在職專班) 為本研究對象。以結構式「靈性關懷教育需求量表」收集資料;靈性關懷教育需求之內涵,經因素分析後可歸納為「提升個人靈修之相關活動」、「靈性關懷之相關知識」與「靈性關懷之多元應用」。結果顯示師生在臨床實務中皆有靈性關懷之困擾;「曾面臨有靈性照護需求之個案者」及「曾參加過生命關懷教育」之學生,對靈性關沒教育的需求內涵程度高於未曾面臨照護需求者,及未參加教育者;「曾有靈性照護困擾」及「曾參加過關懷研習會」者,對靈性關懷教育需求內容中之「自我提昇」、「靈性關懷知識」與「靈性關懷應用」分別有13.5%、17.0%及16.2%之解釋力。研究結果期望能引發專科護理養成教育對人類健康的精髓:「靈性」的重視,將靈性關懷列為必修課程,並有計畫的培育靈性關懷護理師資。本研究可供醫護教育單位作教學規劃及臨床應用之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study was to understand the demands of spiritual care education among faculties and students in a nursing college and to compare the differences between students and faculties, as well as its related factors. A stratified random sampling was used to recruit the study subjects from a nursing college located in northern Taiwan. A total of 53 faculties and 306 nursing students formed the data base of the study. A structured questionnaire, “The Demands of Spiritual Caring Education Scale,” was distributed for collecting data. The content of the demands of the spiritual care education include activities for promoting the individual’s spiritual intelligence, knowledge of spiritual care, and the application of spiritual care. Results showed that both faculties and students encountered distress delivering spiritual care during the clinical practice. Subjects, who had encountered patients, demanding spiritual care and had taken a spiritual related program, had higher demands on spiritual care education. “Having distress for delivering spiritual care” and “having ever taken spiritual related educational programs” explained 13.5%, 17.0%, and 16.2% of the variances on “activities for promoting the individual’s spiritual intelligence,” “knowledge of spiritual care,” and the “application of spiritual care” respectively. A series of spiritual care related educational programs has its value and should be respected, especially in nursing colleges for which form the platform for educating nurses. |
