中文摘要 | 近年來由於全球環保意識及國際油價飆漲而產生的石油供應短缺等議題,刺激了國際間積極尋求潔淨及可靠的替代能源,其中氫能源被世界各國視為未來最具潛力可取代石油的新世紀能源載體(energy carrier),可提升能源使用效率,降低對石油的依存度。但是,傳統的化石能源轉換到氫能經濟體係過程中,有相當多的不確定性,如技術投資成本,氫能源輸配等基礎設施建置等,因此,在技術發展的過程中,本研究以MARKAL模型為分析工具,進行燃料電池汽車在國內市場佈局規劃及影響分析,主要分析內容包括假設燃料電池汽車在2015年開始進入臺灣市場至2030年邁向氫能經濟的這段期間,對臺灣運輸部門、能源系統成本、能源供給規劃及CO□排放影響。 |
英文摘要 | In recently years, some issues about environment and oil supply shortage stimulate international promotions for clear stable alternative energies. Hydrogen, one of the alternative energies, is generally acknowledged as the most potential energy carrier for oil substitution. The use of hydrogen can promote the efficiency of energy use and reduce the dependence on oil. However, while conventional fossil energy transfer to hydrogen economy, there are many uncertain factors, for example, investment cost of technology development, the infrastructure of hydrogen delivery and storage and so on. Therefore, this study use MARKAL model to analysis market penetration planning and impact of fuel cell vehicle in Taiwan, and the contents are composed of the energy saving benefit of transport sector, energy system cost variation, energy supply planning and CO□ emission from 2015 to 2030 year. |
