中文摘要 | 本研究探討比較原住民學生在自我心理適應與阻隔生涯發展因素中與同儕之差異及自我心理適應與阻隔生涯發展因素的相關性。 採立意取樣,以東部某技術學院護理科四、五年級之原住民學生77名及同儕77名為對象,運用結構性問卷,「大學生心理適應量表」及「生涯發展阻隔因素量表」,進行資料收集。並以SPSS/Window10.0及StatXact 統計軟體,進行統計分析。 結果為原住民學生與同儕在自我心理適應中,在價值判斷的因素在統計上有顯著之差異,在生涯發展阻隔因素中在統計上無顯著之差異,在心理適應與生涯發展阻隔因素中在統計上有顯著的負相關。 原住民學生在學業成績中,對問題解決及決策力的適應在統計上有顯著之差異;原住民學生家中的經濟狀況,對個人自信及勝任力、價值判斷力、資訊探索的阻隔在統計上有顯著的差異。研究結果盼能提供護理教育、學校及原住民學生輔導之參考。 |
英文摘要 | A comparative study was to investigate the differences between aboriginal students and peers in mental adaptation and career development barriers. Moreover, it was anticipated to explore the relationship between mental adaptation and career development barriers in aboriginal students and their peers. Seventy aboriginal students and seventy their peers from senior nursing college were enrolled by purposive sampling. Data was collected by questionnaires,which including 「Mental Adaptation questionnaire」 and 「Career Development Barrier questionnaire」。Data was analyzed through the SPSS / Window 10.0 software and the StatXact statistical programs. Results:There was a significant difference of value judgment in mental adaptation between aboriginal students and their peers . However, in career development barriers investigation, there was no statistical significance. Overall, it was a negative relationship found between mental adaptation and carrier development barriers in aboriginal students and their peers. Hence, schooling performance was regarded as a significance in solve problem, and economic status was found to have statistical significances in self-efficacy、value judgment and information exploratory barrier in aboriginal students. It was expected that findings of the study could provide useful information in the fields of nursing education and career counseling of aboriginal students. |
