中文摘要 | 教育改革運動所提出的重要問題之一是學生要學習那些及如何學習。領導當前教育改革者談到體育改革,也常會涉及體育課或運動時學生行為的表現及體適能不佳的問題,教育改革者認為體育課程的品質亟待提高。 本文是文獻探討的方法,試就美國及我國幼稚園到小學體育加以探討。結論是體育教師肩負國民體育目標的執行,應重視青少年的健康和體適能,選擇適合兒童年齡的活動,配合國家的健康目標。體育課程的設計,宜在有限的時間內能傳授體育經驗給學生,實施體適能測驗,配合學的身體發展誘導兒童從事有規律的運動,讓學生家長認識兒童的體適能和運動的需要。 |
英文摘要 | The education reform movement proposed how one of important questions is the student what to study and how to learn. The leadership current educates reformer to talk about the physical education reform, when often can involve the physical education or the sports the student behavior performance and the physical fitness are not good, educates reformer to think the physical education curriculum the quality urgently awaits to enhance. This article is the literature discussion method, tries to the elementary school physical education on American and out country to discuss. The conclusion is the physical educator shoulders the national physical education goal the execution, should take young people’s health and get the body fit, the choice suits the child age the activity, the coordinate country healthy goal. The physical education curriculum design, suitably gives the student at the limited time can teach physical education experience, suitably implements fitness test, coordinates student’s bodily development to induce the child to be engaged in the regular exercise, lets the student parents know child’s physical fitness and exercise need. |
