中文摘要 | 本研究以新溶媒纖維素纖維(Tencel A100R)為原料,使用傳統式環錠紡紗機加裝壓縮式設備,紡製30、20、15與12 Tex細紗,探討壓縮式環錠紡紗法與傳統式環錠紡紗法,成紗機構對細紗品質之影響。實驗結果顯示,在相同撚係數42 TM(Tex制)下,壓縮式環綻紗之U%、IPI值與毛羽優於傳統式環錠紗,而強力在30、20與15 Tex時,比傳統環錠紗強力低,12 Tex時比傳統環錠紗強力高。另外,壓縮式環錠紗降低20%撚係數,其U%與IPI值等品質仍優於具有撚係數42TM之傳統式環錠紗,且毛羽指數減少約15% ~ 18%,3 mm毛羽數更大量減少約30% ~ 62%之多。實驗結果證實,壓縮武環錠紗法之成紗機構優於傳統式環綻紡紗法,而能明顯改善 Tencel A100R細紗品質。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, new solvent cellulosic fiber (Tencel A100R) was used to prepare the roving, and then we adopted ring spinning frame and another one equipped with CompactSet to manufacture the conventional ring and compact-ring spun yams of 30, 20, 15 and 12 Tex separately. We investigated yam formation mechanism of the two kinds of yam spinning on the Tencel AI00R yam qualities. The results showed that the U%, IPI and hairiness of the compact-ring yam were obviously better than that of the conventional ring yam. However the strength of 30, 20, and 15Tex was lower than that of the conventional ring yam, and the 12Tex yam strength was higher. Besides, reducing 20% of the compact yam's TM (from 42 to 34), its yam qualities of U% and IPI were still superior to that of the later in 42 TM, moreover, the hairiness decreased about 13% ~ 15% and 3 mm hairs decreased about 30% ~ 62%. This indicated that the yam formation mechanism of compact-ring spinning was superior to that of conventional ring spinning, and improved the Tencel AI00R yam qualities remarkably. |
