中文摘要 | 對於耳熟能詳的石油短缺,原科匱乏的預測,不論是否同意,遲早會發生。對紡織業來說,能取代石油化學製程由玉米衍生出來的聚乳酸聚合物會是很好的替代方案,提供新的研發方向,也許還可以達到改良產品特性並降低生產成本。本論文採用有別於傳統的專利分析模式,組合技術特徵與化學原料分析,以日本F-term分類為主,輔以其他專業資科庫,將生物可分解紡織品聚乳酸纖維之專利資訊轉化為研發策略及專利迴避情報,此分析模式即使非紡織專業人士也能順利執行,為其特色。 |
英文摘要 | Faced with familiar forecast of oil and raw material shortage. whether you like it or not, it is going to happen sooner or later. For textile industry, replace petroleum-based take advantage of com-based production of polylactic acid fiber are excellent altematives for synthetic fiber. It provides new direction of R&D and may accomplish product improvement and lower production cost simultaneously. In this study, we develop a new patent analysis method for biodegradable texitles. Start with F-term of Japan, then combine associated chemical information of SciFinder, reorganize the FI and industrial use at final stage. By this method, anyone without textile domain knowledge can do decent patent analysis work. Patent analysis of two biodegradable textiles, polylactic acid was demonstrated in the study. Through this new analytical method, patent information can transfer to strategic R&D planning and patent design around successfully. |
