中文摘要 | 脈寬調變控制電路是現今電力電子相關產品應用最廣泛的電路,目前學術界與產業界所採用的控制電路多為國外製造商的產品,主要原因是這類電路國內甚少生產,僅少數廠家涉獵這類電路之研製;除此之外,這類控制電路多以Bipolar製程製作,國內Bipolar製程尚未成熟,製程資源較匱乏,且Bipolar製程製作之電路功率消耗較大,因此本計畫採用國內製程較成熟的CMOS技術來設計製作,CMOS積體電路有低功率與高密度的特點,而且CMOS在作開關時,幾乎沒有儲存時間,切換速度較快,因此許多精巧型功率積體電路均適合以CMOS製程研製,因此本計畫針對標準5V CMOS積體電路製程,參照用途廣泛之脈寬調變控制電路規格,研製脈寬調變控制電路,進而結合功率開關,設計精巧型功率積體電路。製作完成的積體電路,經實際量測特性,結果令人滿意。 |
英文摘要 | Pulse-width-modulation (PWM) control circuits are widely applied in many relative power electronic prodects. However, the PWM control circuits, which manufacturers and schools are used, are fabricated by foreign IC manufacturers. These control circuits are not implemented by ourselves. The reason is that we nearly design and implement these control circuits, besides few companies. On the other hand, most of processes. The power consumption of a bipolar IC is greater than that of a CMOS IC. The CMOS processes are available and stable in our manufacturers. The switching performance of a CMOS switch is prior to that of a bipolar switch. The CMOS processes are suitable for most of smart power integrated circuits, which contain control circuits and power switch. In this project, we will develop the design and implementation of PWM control circuits and smart power ICs using 5-V CMOS standard processes. The performance of our chip is very well. |
