英文摘要 | A novel Y-junction wavelength demultiplexer for 1.3μm and 1.55μm is proposed in two-dimensional (2-D) triangular lattice photonic crystals of dielectric columns. Simulation results by the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) technique show that wavelengths of 1.3μm and 1.55μm can be directed to different outlets efficiently. Because only one dielectric material is involved, this novel wavelength demultiplexer can be easily fabricated. |
