| 英文摘要 | In this paper, we design the defect mode with the complete band gap in a two dimensional square lattice circular dielectric rods of a anisotropic photonic crystal using finite-different time-domain methods. The same resonant frequency for both polarization, i.e., E and H polarization, with a complete band gap in defect mode is designed. Our simulation results will enlarge the applications of photonic crystal in integral optical circuits. |
