中文摘要 | 本研究探討北縣某國小高年級學童之飲食認知、自我效能、以及飲食行為的現況及其相關性,以問卷調查法,共調查五年級159名,六年級147名,共306名學童。研究發現,五、六年級學童之健康飲食認知得分並無顯著差異。而於飲食行為上,以下幾項達統計上顯著差異;「喜歡吃零食」、「喜歡吃漢堡類食物」六年級學童的比率高於五年級;「吃早餐的習慣」、「喝牛奶的習慣」、「喜歡吃醃漬類食物」則為五年級的比率高於六年級。若以健康飲食認知得分與各變項之相關性結果呈現:健康飲食認真得分與年級與性別無關;與重高指數呈負相關;與個人因素自我效能、內外在情境因素自我效能呈正相關。飲食行為自我效能與各變項之逐步迴歸分析,其中以健康飲食認知、重高指數、年級等變項最具解釋力。研究結果可做為國小健康飲食教學的參考,於國小六年級應加強教學,並於教學中加強學童之自我效能;如是,將有助於健康飲食認知與行為的提升,進而有健康的體魄。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore the dietary cognition, self-efficacy and behavior among fifth and sixth graders in an elementary school. A structured questionnaire was designed and utilized to investigate 159 fifth grades and 147 sixth graders (306 in total). The study showed that there was no significant differences of dietary cognition among fifth and sixth graders. There were significant differences of dietary behavior in five items: the sixth graders had higher rate in eating snacks and hamburgers as compare to the fifth graders; the fifth graders had higher rate in eating breakfast, milk, and preservatives as compare to the fifth graders. There were no significant differences among total scores of dietary cognition, graders, and sex except weight and height in negative correlation. There were positive correlations among personal factor of self-efficay, internal and extemal situation factors of self-efficacy. The results of the study can be applied to the teaching of healthy diet in elementary school for the sake of enforcing students' self-efficacy and, in advance, to promote their dietary cognition and behaviors. |
