中文摘要 | 熱浸鍍鋅鋼片(GA鋼片)之鐵鋅合金鍍層破壞可大致區分為相內破裂與界面剝離二大類,嚴重的鍍層脫落主要來自於界面剝離,界面剝離是汽車板金衝壓時很嚴重的瑕疵,必須設法避免。本研究中以Lap Shear Test評估IF GA鋼片與高強度加磷GA鋼片之鍍層界面強度 。研究結果顯示鍍層鐵含量與底材之化學成分對於鍍層之剪力破壞行為有很顯著的影響,鍍層合金化程度低時較能承受剪力而維持完好,而當鍍層合度化程度升高時便容易發生剝離。一般IF GA鋼片鍍層剝離主要發生在鋼片底材與Γ層之界面,加磷GA主片則主要是發生在Γ層與δ層之界面,不同底材成分之鍍層的最弱剪力強度位置有所不同,Lap Shear Test可以有效的定鍍層之最弱剪力強度界面。 |
英文摘要 | Coating layer exfoliation of the galvannealed steel sheets can be categorized into in-phase crack and interface detachment. Interface detachment is the major cause of severe coating flaking, which is a fatal defect and must be avoided in auto panel stamping. A Lap Shear test was performed in this study to evaluate the bounding strength of the galviannealled IF steel sheet and phosphorus-added high strength steel sheet. The results showed that iron content of coating layer and the chemical composition of the substrate has significant effect on lap shear behavior. Relatively low galvannealed coating tends to remain well in lap shear testing, while the coating layer starts to exfoliate as the iron content becomes higher. The lap shear exfoliation occurs at the substrate/Γ interface for general IF steel and at the Γ/δ interface for phosphorus-added substrate. Lap shear test has demonstrated great help in identifying the weakest interface. |
