中文摘要 | 隨著人口的高齡化,疾病型態的改變,長期照護的需求將暴漲,面對未來長期照護需求之急速增加,如何培養一個優良的長期照護護理人才,是從事護理養成教育者目前應努力的方向。但「護理」是一兼具理論與實務操作的實用學科,欲培養護理學生成為一位優良的護理人員,除課室內的學理教學外,更必須臨床實習的配合。然而,安排臨床實習的課程或有臨床實習的場所,並不一定能達到有效的學習,以目前長期照護機構良莠不齊,照護品質不一,照護人員專業性不足,如何選擇一個適合學生臨床實習的長期照護機構一直沒有參考的依歸,有鑑於此,本研究藉著結構性問卷收集資料,採描述性橫斷式調查研究方式,並以立意取樣針對南部地區50床以上(含)且願意接受訪查之立案護理之家,共17家,進行其教學品質之調查。 根據調查結果顯示:本研究機構平均床數89.7床,機構內護理人員平均8.1人,平均年齡集中於30~40歲,單位工作平均年資分佈集中於3~6年,長期照護工作平均年資分佈集中於2~5年,平均每年參加護理相關在職教育次數分佈集中於4~10次。符合期望的長期照護實習場所歸納出有以下特點:1. 單位內五成以上護理人員有護理師證照;2. 護理人員在教學上的準備度方面,依調查結果其得分百分比皆為85以上;3. 臨床學習資源與硬體設備方面,依調查結果其得分百分比皆為90以上;4. 機構照護品質方面,依調查結果其得分百分比皆為80以上。 透過本研究結果,不僅可幫助學校瞭解長期照護機構的教學品質現況,更可作為找出符合期望的長期照護實習場所之參考依歸,使學生在修習長期照護課程時得到良好學習成效,更能為長期照護機構注入優秀新生命。 |
英文摘要 | Long-term care rise suddenly with venerable age and transformation of diseased types. How to nurture an excellent nurse it is a goal for nursing instructors. Nursing is a science with theory and practice. To nurture a nursing student be an excellent nurse, it is not only the teaching in the classroom, but also the clinical practice. However the long-term care institutions the good and the bad are intermingled. How to choice a place and to fit nursing students, there is not any standard to follow until now. This study collected data by structural questionnaire, the subjects (n=17) were recruited from Southern Taiwan. To survey the teaching quality, then process a meeting with specialists to find out the coincident institutions. According to the results of this study: each institution average has 89.7 beds, the averaging number of nurses was 8.1, nurses' averaging age was between 30 to 40 years, 3 to 6 years working experience in the hospital, 2 to 5 years working experience in the long-term care institution, and 4 to 10 times to attend the nurses' education on the job every year. There are some characteristics to the coincidence Long-term Care institutions: 1. there is over 50% nurses with nursing license; 2. the results of this study shows over 85% nurses to prepare on teaching; 3. on the resources of clinical learning and the equipment, the result was over 90%; 4. on the care quality of institutions, the result was over 80%. The purpose of this study was not only help to understand the current situations of teaching quality, but also find out the coincident institutions to let students gain fine learning. We also hope there will have more and more nurses to work in the clinical nursing field. |
