中文摘要 | 衛生署統計資料(2002)顯示,臺灣現有糖尿病患者約有90萬人,高居十大死因的第五名。根據健保局統計臺灣一年花費300億在糖尿病,其中有25%是用在糖尿病照護,其餘的75%則是花費在防治相關性併發症的治療,可見糖尿病對國人的威脅已不容忽視。本研究以戶籍設在臺南市且居住在臺南市,經由醫師診斷為第二型糖尿病的患者為研究對象,旨在以飲食控制作為自變數,包括飲食控制認知、飲食控制態度及控制方式,而以患者的血糖值為依變數,探討飲食控制對穩定血糖值的影響程度。研究結果發現,飲食控制態度及方式對於血糖值的穩定有極高的助益,其中以減油飲食與限量飲食影響血糖值最大。本研究結果將可提供其他糖尿病患者控制病情,及醫護人員實施衛教之參考。 |
英文摘要 | According to the report of Department of Health (DOH) (2002), there were nine hundred thousand patients suffered from Diabetes Mellitus (DM) in Taiwan. Moreover, DM was ranked fifth of the 10 major causes of death. The National Health Insurance Bureau's estimated that the average expense of medical treatment in DM is thirty billion dollars per year. 25% of the medical expense is used for DM treatment, and the rest 75% is used for prevention of DM complications. In this study, the target samples were the residents living in Tainan with DM (II) by doctor's diagnosis. Dietary control is the independent variable including the perception, attitude, and methods of dietary control. And the blood sugar data is the dependent variable. The purpose of this article was to evaluate the impact level of dietary control on the blood sugar data of DM patients. The results showed that the attitude and methods of dietary control had great helpful for the stabilization of blood sugar data. Besides, low-oil diet and limit quantity of diet have the largest impact levels on blood sugar data. The results of this study will be helpful for DM patients to control their disease. Moreover, medical professionals can implement the education of the DM patients by applying the results of this study. |
