中文摘要 | 磁浮驅動變速裝置是一種新型的變速裝置,係利用磁極的作用力來傳遞扭矩,在主動軸與從動軸之間沒有任何的機械式聯結,在負荷過大時會自動滑脫,因而可以避免機件過載而損壞。高性能的永久磁石是此裝置的關鍵所在,主要由釹、鐵及硼元素所製成。在本研究中針對所使用三種磁力不同之磁鐵,經由EDAX分析磁鐵含有釹、鐵、硼等元素,因而磁鐵的成份可被確定為釹鐵硼稀土永久磁鐵,並從SEM顯微照片中可以觀察晶粒分佈情形,並分析磁鐵之各項磁性能,藉由本實驗對磁浮驅動變速系統的先期研究,建立初步的資料將有利於日後研究的參考依據,並能將此系統廣泛的運用到各領域上。 |
英文摘要 | The MagnaDrive device is an innovation by using magnetic force to transmit the torsion in order to alter of speed rate. There is no mechanical connection between the driving and driven sides of the equipment. When the load is too big, then the joint will slip away automatically. Therefore, the equipment can be safe from overland disaster. The rare-earth permanent magnets which are made of a combination of Neodymium (Nd), Iron (Fe) and Boron (B) components are the key part to this device. In this research, the magnets of three various kinds of magnetic forces were analyzed by EDAX analyzer as Nd, Fe, B elements. The composition of the magnet might be confirmed as NdFeB compound of the rare-earth permanent magnet. The SEM was used to observe the grain distribution micrographs and the B-H Tracer was applied to analyze the magnetic performance. To rebuild the original information could be useful for the future research in advanced MagnaDrive and apply this system to industry extensively. |
