中文摘要 | 本文主要是研究Side-by-side複合纖維的界面型態。針對PET與PBT的複合纖維探討各項影響界面型態的因素。在此研究中我們探討4個溫度係數及6種不同的剪切數率,借此觀察纖維的界面型態。其中發現毛細管、融體黏度、溫度及剪切數率皆會影響界面型態。最後得到的結論是當熔體黏度差增加則所產生的界面形狀其彎曲弧度越大。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this study was to explore the interfacial phenomena between the two components of side-by-side conjugated fiber, in order to find out the affecting parameters of its interfacial curvature. Two polymers, polyester and PBT, were used for making the bicomponent fiber. Four different melting temperatures were selected for the spinning of each polymer. Six different shear ratios were applied with each melting temperature to see the change in interfacial curvature. It was found that when polymers with different viscosities were drained away from the capillary die, different intrinsic viscosities, melting temperatures and shear ratios could cause a dramatic variation in interfacial curvature. Finally, we concluded that the higher the difference in viscosity between two components, the greater the interfacial curvature obtained. |
