中文摘要 | 本研究係以無孔質親水性薄膜和不織布貼合之防護布料,以超音波熔縫方式來開發醫療用防護衣,並和市售化學防護衣就合成血液和病毒穿透性能及穿著舒適性加以比較,研究發現自行開發之醫療用防護衣布科本身和熔縫縫合處對血液和病毒均有阻隔效果,而市售化學防護衣因縫合處的密合性不佳,在合成血液穿透性實驗上已有明顯穿透情形。醫療用防護衣和市售化學防護衣透溼度為4578和0 g/m2/24hrs,在穿著舒適性評估實驗中發現當防護衣透溼度提高時,在穿著時的皮膚表面溫度會低於33℃,反之則高於33℃,微氣候溼度則相差7~26% R. H.。本研究所開發的醫療用防護衣符合CNS14789的P3等級,在安全性和實際穿著舒適性皆優於市售化學防護衣。 |
英文摘要 | This article is to study the development of the medical protective apparel made by supersonic wave melting sewing method for non-woven fabrics which were laminated by non-porous hydrophilic membrane. The performance of wearing comfort and penetration of synthetic blood and virus of the newly developed apparel was compared with those of commercial chemical protective apparel. The fabrics and sewing section of the medical protective apparel for the newly developed apparel had the barrier effect and passed the penetration tests for synthetic blood and virus, but the commercial chemical protective failed to pass the penetration tests of synthetic blood at sewing section when the sewing section was damaged. The performance of moisture permeability for the newly developed apparel and commercial protective apparel were 4578 and 0 g/m2/24hrs respectively. The skin temperature was below 30℃ when the performance of moisture permeability was higher, and led to the comfortable wear; on the contrary, the skin temperature was above 30℃, and led to uncomfortable wear. The humidity of micro-c1imate differed around 7 to 26 % R.H. when the newly developed medical and the commercial chemical protective apparel were compared. The newly developed medical protective apparel in this study conforms to P3 grade of CNS 14798 (Chinese National Standard). As a result, the newly developed medical apparel was found to be more secure in terms of safety and more comfortable compared with commercial chemical protective apparel. |
