中文摘要 | 為因應農業自動化與精準化之需求,本文應用機電整合技術,結合全球衛星定位資訊與GSM-SMS無線傳輸技術,研製一套自動偵測田間資料之遠距資訊監測系統。本系統由田間偵測平臺與系統主控平臺兩大部分組成。田間偵測平臺以模組化概念設計各環境感測模組3超合微處理器MSP430-F449進行系統資料整合。主控系統平臺則以Visual Basic 6.0為發展望境,提供操作簡易的圖形化視窗,可執行資料庫建立、即時性控制,與發佈偵測資訊等功能。此外,本論文亦利用LabVIEW軟體建立一無線通報系械,以說明此系統的發展彈性。兩平臺間的資訊傳輸與控制由GSM簡訊服務技術完成,以提高資料取得的即時性。大此,本文提出南號括簡訊的封包格式設計與驗證,以確認此技術之可行性。 本系統以十字花科蔬菜害屬小菜蛾為偵測對象,完成雛形系統硬體實作,進行系統整合與性能測試。實驗結果顯示,各感測模組元件皆能在開放環境下正確操作,MSP之資料整合正確率可達100%。另外,由實驗數據顯示,本系統遙控資料傳送可讓相距達幾十公里外的資料,僅在30~60餘秒內完成,且資料單向傳最短只需10~15秒。實驗期間簡訊遺失率為0.66%,重傳率為2.73%,重傳送成功率為100%,可有效確保簡訊傳送田間擷取資訊與操控感測模組之功能。除此之外,所發展系統亦能和圖控軟體結合建構主控端系統程式,可執行登錄、GSM信號強調測試與偵測平臺初始設定,並可顯示即時與歷史資料。如此即可迅速獲得環境資訊,有效地取代過去的人工量測作法,大大提高資料收集的效益及增進分析效率。當所偵測到的害蟲數量超過所設定的一定的閥值後,可自動通知管理者進行後續處理,避免蟲害擴大。本系統亦可依需求更換感測物件模組,適用於各種資料收集。 |
英文摘要 | While considering the demand of precise and computerizable agriculture industry, this appear uses mechatronic instruments in conjunction with Global Positioning System (GPS) and GSM-SMS wireless communication techniques to establish a remote agricultural information monitoring system that can be used to detect the field experimental data automatically. This proposed system consists of two components, a remote field0monitoring platform and a host control platform. The remote field-monitoring platform designed is based on module concept, comprising of different sensing modules used as field experimental detecting devices, to detect factors such as the number of captured pests, ambient temperature, humidity, wind speed, geographical location, etc. a low power 16-bit RISC micro-controller MSP4.0-F449 was used to integrate the collected data and perform the preliminary analysis. Rather, the host control system has a friendly man-machine interface and uses Visual Basic 6.0 and LabView as development environments for graphical user interface (GUI) The developed system provides easy-to-sued graphical windows for data storage, platform setting, and information broadcast. Also, the wireless transmission, communication and control is carried out by GSM short message service between these two platforms. Therefore, this appear presents a system that uses the communication architecture of GSM-SMS technique including the form of packet data, and the confirmation of transmission using experimental data. Taking diamondback moths as a detecting sample, this work fulfilled its function, Showing the successful integration of the proposed system as a prototype system. According to the field test done in the farm, all sensing modules perform properly outdoors and the accuracy of the integrated data is up to 100% when using the MSP430-F449 processor, which is conserved as having excellent integrity. The SMS can procure the purpose of data transmission without the restriction on region, time, and resource SMS technology can guarantee a 100% accuracy of data and protect the data contents. As the experimental data shows, from requesting transmission to receiving data, the designed system requires 30-60 seconds only to transmit data located tens or hundreds of kilometers away from the control center. As for one-way transmission, it just takes 10~15 seconds to complete the remote control data conveyance. During experiment, the message conveyance proves a success rate of 100% and a 2.73% rate of re-transmission to guarantee certain transferences. Moreover, the designed system can be developed along with graphical development software. The functions of the LabView-based host platform system include log-in and authentication, the testing of GSM signal, initial setting of field monitoring platform, and the display of real-time and historical data. When the number of pests is larger than the pre-specified threshold value, an alarm can be broadcasted by the programmed function to inform the system manger to start sadequate processes. As a result, it is effective to replace the old-fashioned measuring custom and to greatly enhance the efficiently of data acquisition. Since the sensing modules can be replaced due to demands of field cultivation management, the proposed system is suitable for various applications in data acquisition. |
