中文摘要 | 終身學習的時代已經來臨,社會需要提供社會成員更多的學習機會,塑造新的學習文化。近年來,家庭場域的內外在環境都有了極大的改變。因此,家庭成員必須不斷的學習以面對隨之而來的挑戰與競爭。是以,本研究的目的在闡述終身學習理念的意義及內涵,並探討學習型家庭的概念意涵,進而提出具體可行的運作策略。根據研究的結論,提出具體的建議供實務工作者的參考,使他們能更有效的協助家庭中成員的學習,並期望對相關理論的發展作一些貢獻。 依據上述對終身學習和學習型家庭的探討,提出以下四項主要的建議:1. 家庭應提供優質的家庭文化,以強化家庭成員職場上的發展;2. 學習家庭成員間彼此的互惠關係,以強化父母的關懷與孩子的尊重情操;3. 尋求家庭的意義與建立共同的願景,以形成家庭的群體意識;4. 理解學習型家庭之意涵,促使家庭精進誠員的學習,以創造家庭的智慧資本。 |
英文摘要 | In the era of lifelong learning, the society needs to provide more learning opportunities and to shape new learning culture for its members. In the past two decades, both external and internal family environment have undergone dramatic changes so that the family's members need to continuously learn to meet today's challenges and competition. Thus, this study aims to elaborate the ideas of lifelong learning, and to investigate the significance of leaning families. Then, practicable strategies are proposed. Then, this study hopes to draw conclusions that may help practitioners to faciliate member's learning in the family and researchers to gain a better understanding of this topic. According to the ideas of lifelong learning and learning family mentioned in the study, the main four suggestions are as follows: 1. Family should improve the good family culture, thus strengthen to the development of workplace of family's members. 2. Learning from each other in reciprocal relationship, thus strengthen to parental caring and child's respect. 3. Seeking meaning and set up common vision of the family toghther so that groups or communities make sense. 4. Understanding implication of learning family, how to put improving family members' learning into practice to create intellectual capital in the family. |
