中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討美髮從業人員生涯阻礙及因應策略之現況與相關情形,以基隆市、臺北市、臺北縣、桃園市等連鎖美髮沙龍從業人員為主要研究對象,採訪談法及問卷調查法進行研究,先訪談10位美髮從業人員,而後發放問卷1020份,回收933分,有效樣本801份,有效樣本回收率為78.53%。本研究結果如下: 一、美髮從業人員以女性、16至20歲、擔任設計師者、工作年資平圾一至五年、未婚、無子女、與父母同住者居多;生涯阻礙程度介於沒有影響到稍微有阻礙間,較常採用的因應策略為問題解決及邏輯思考策略。 二、不同性別、年齡、工作職稱、美髮工作年資、婚姻狀況、子女數及家庭居住狀況之美髮從業人員在生涯阻礙層面中之自我認識、個人條件、角色衝突、工作環境等層面上達顯著差異;而在因應策略上則分別達到不同程度之顯著差異。 三、生涯阻礙及因應策略達中低程度的顯著正相關。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research was exploring the relationship, and differences in hairdressers’ career motivation, career barriers and the coping strategies. The subjects of this research were based on the hairdressers who work at the chain beauty salons in Taipei city, Taipei, Ji-Ling and Tao-Yuan County. As the result, 10 hairdressers were interviewed and 933 out of 1020 questionnaires were returned. There were 801 out of 933 effective questionnaires. And the valid sample acceptable rate was 78.53%. The outcomes of this research were as following: 1. The Majority of hairdressers were female, 169 to 20 years old, designers. These hairdressers had the following criteria: single, no child, who lived with their parents and average working practices were around 1 to 5 years. The level of career barriers was between non-effects and bit obstructed, and the coping strategies were mostly focused on the problem solving and logical thinking. 2. They have noticeable diversities in career barriers due to different gender, age, position, working experience, marriage status, numbers of children and the living status. The career barriers were affected by the self-cognition, individual qualification, role confliction and working circumstance etc. 3. There were positive relationship between career barriers and cooping strategies. Problem resolution strategies, logical thinking strategies, support-seeking strategies and emotion-bypass reacting strategies are also reach significant levels. |
