中文摘要 | 本研究使用四種塗佈量之下塗劑及膠合用膠(0.15 kg/m²、0.20 kg/m²、0.25 kg/m²、0.30 kg/m²),以碳纖維織布的纖維方向平行於木理方向之方式貼覆於紅檜、臺灣杉、柳杉、鐵杉及臺灣櫸等試材上,並以浸漬剝離試驗及煮沸剝離試驗兩項加速劣化流程對碳纖維織布與木材之間的膠合性質進行試驗,實驗結果發現在不缺膠的情況下,碳纖維織布與木材間並無剝離現象,且表面拉伸強度有隨著木材密度增加而增強之趨勢,並探究出碳纖維織布與紅檜、臺灣杉、柳杉、鐵杉以及臺灣櫸之最佳塗佈量分別為0.15 kg/m²、0.20 kg/m²、0.25 kg/m²、0.20 kg/m²以及0.20 kg/m²,可供未來碳纖維織布應用於木構件補強研究之參考依據。 |
英文摘要 | The pull-out strength of wood members retrofitted with carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) was investigated in this study. Four glue retentions of primer and epoxy resin were used to make CFRP-wood composites. In the composites, the grain of CFRP and wood (Chamaecyparis formosensis, Cryptomeria japonica, Taiwania cryptomerioides, Tsuga chinensis and Zelkova formosana) was parallel. After accelerated aging tests (soak-delaminated test and boil-delaminated test), the pull-out strength of the composites was investigated. Under sufficient glue retention, no delamination between CFRP and wood was found after pull-out test. Observation from the pull-out test revealed that the pull-out strengh of CFRP-wood composite increased with the increase of wood density. The optimum epoxy resin retention of CFRP-Chamaecyparis formosensis, -Cryptomeria japonica, -Taiwania cryptomerioides, -Tsuga chinensis and -Zelkova formosana was 0.15 kg/m², 0.20 kg/m², 0.25 kg/m² , 0.20 kg/m² and 0.20 kg/m², respectively. This optimum epoxy resin retenion could be used as a suggested retention for the CFRP-wood composites. |
