中文摘要 | 傳統木建築在修復時,需考慮其結構之安全性,往往無適當之程序可供引用,本研究嘗試以「屏東鄉土藝術館」為例,探討臺灣傳統建築四合院擱檁式木構架之結構形式及在垂直載重和水平地震力作用下,杉木原木構件的應力和變位分析,以及現行木構造建築技術規範在傳統建築之適用性。主要檢核以桷仔及桁條之屋面載重對構材的應力及長期摩擦力、地震力之影響。在傳統施作條件下屋面桷仔在屋簷懸臂為主要之位置,其撓曲應力及剪應力均合格,屋頂瓦片等之載重雖不致造成桷仔的撓曲破壞,但在屋簷末端會產生較大撓度,屋頂桁條在6.32 m長跨距下,杉木直徑15-18 cm尺寸均有撓曲破壞之虞,下方輔以桁架支承仍有撓曲過大之現象。其他部位之桁條直徑16 cm尺寸,在屋頂靜載重及活載重條件下,撓度亦不符規範,13 cm直徑構材則有撓曲破壞之虞。在屋面斜度25℃條件下,望磚固定在桷仔上以及瓦片舖設在望磚上,均會因不符現行地震力設計而下滑掉落之虞。 |
英文摘要 | Structural safety is always a concern in repairing traditional woodern structures, yet no adequate approach can be applied practically. Pingtung Local Art Museum was selected as a case study for evaluating stress and displacement of China fir log members of beam-wall type traditional building subjected to vertical loads and seismic forces. The evaluation procedure was based on the current Wood-framed Building Code and further confirmed the feasibility of Code in this study. This investigation focused on the effects of roof loads on the stresses, long-term frictional force, seismic resistance of rafters and purlins. The critical bending moment is located at cantilevelled rafter around eaves, where the bending and shear stresses can meet the requirement but excess deflection occurs in traditional construction. There was a tendency to flexural failure for China fir ridge beams with 15 to 18 cm in diameter under the span of 6.32 m, and the deflection still did not meet the criterion even with a supporting truss beneath the beam member. The flexural deflection of purlin with 16 cm in diameter designed for both dead load and live load was not accepted by the Code, and the member with 13 cm in diameter had a tendency to flexural failure. The slides of base tile over the rafter member and roof tile overlaid on the base tile were resulted due to the seismic action. |
