中文摘要 | 本報告著重於研究應力波於含有自然變異存在的木質材料中傳送的現象,以應力波等時線觀察應力波在花旗松板料中的傳送現象後有以下數點的發現:(1)應力波在木質材料淨面區傳送速度較快,且其傳送會因在傳送路徑上木理的傾斜程度以及與節併生之扭曲紋理而減緩。(2)應力波在節之前的速度會減緩,通過節時有繞射現象,而使得通過節之後又恢復連續的波前。(3)不同的檢測長度對應力波速並無顯著的影響,但應力波速檢測平均值之標準差會因檢測長度增加而減少。(4)木材紋理之夾角與應力波速成反比關係,但其年輪密度對其應力波速有正比影響關係。(5)在應力波檢測時所選定之測量點對波速檢測結果有顯著的影響,此點顯示量測應力波速時,檢測結果會因檢測點的選擇而產生可能的誤差。 |
英文摘要 | This report focuses on observing the phenomenon of stress wave propagated in lumber containing some natural growth characteristics by using stress wave contour approach. The results are summarized as follows: (1) Stress wave propagate faster in the zones of clear wood and tend to lead in the direction of slope of grain but lagged by distorted grain ahead of knots. (2) Stress wave lags in front of a knot, diffracts when transient through the knot, and coalesces to a continuous wave front again after the knot has been passed. (3) The effects of measuring span on stress wave are not significant. However, the standard deviation of mean decreases as the measuring spans increases. (4) Grain angle inverse proportional affect the stress wave velocity while growth rate direct proportional effect the stress wave velocity. (5) The positions selected for the measuring process significantly effect the stress wave velocity measurement. |
