中文摘要 | 社教單位是目前學校從事戶外教學活動,及民眾從事休閒活動之重要去處。社教機構運用志工人力資源以服務遊客已從之有年,而且也逐年擴大辦理,希望更多民眾投入志工行例,以達到彌補單位不足人力,服務社會及充實自我等目的。 自民國71年起,臺北市立動物園(以下稱本園)即開始運用社會人力資源,組成「動物園服務隊」志工組織,協助園方進行動物保育、教育擴廣等工作之推展,堪稱國內環境教育志工團隊之先驅。而隨著74年園址遷建,園區擴大、遊客量倍增,動物園基於社會教育機再本位,自認更應提供更為專業之遊客服務內容。業務因而更趨龐雜與專業,志工的需求量也更相對提高。 目前,本園志工不但人數倍增,服務的項目,更從原先以教育活動為主的解說志工,拓展至遊客服務及各項園務支授等領域。志工組織成立迄今已超過320年,人數亦從150增至300餘人,有效率的積極管理是維護志工質量均佳的重要準則。本文特分析「93年志工服務滿意度調查」報告資料,以了解本園志工對自我服勤態度之評鑑,組織文化及制度面管理之期待,除由此歸納闡釋本園志工組織之制度及文化特質外,也提供管理者可自有效具體數據中有效積極了解志工服務心態,以作為管理者改進管理制度及方向之重要參考。 |
英文摘要 | Since 1982, Taipei Zoo began to use the social human resources promptly. The zoovolunteers team” was organized. The aim is to help zoo staffs to promote animal’ s child care, education activities. It can be said as the “pioneer” of environmeducation. When Taipei Zoo moved to Mucha in 1985, visitors double than Yusan times To be a socialeducation institution, Zoo is more significant for varieties of visitors The pressure of visitors services is also heavy. At present, zoo volunteers not only number doubles, the project of the service, from mainly educational activities, expand supporting to visitor serving and manyzoo affairs. The zoo volunteers already set up over 20 years so far, the number of people also increased from 150 to more than 300. The efficient management to maintain zoo volunteers’ important criterion with good quality of the will. The paper analyses the data of questionnaires “The Survey of self-satisfaction of Volunteers Services at Taipei Zoo 2004”. and conducts what the characteristics of management culture of zoo volunteers is. Finally, the paper suggests what the zoo volunteer manager can improve. |
