中文摘要 | 因激烈的競爭中,企業競爭成敗的重心是在於可否“物流”上增進效率降低成本,尤其將傳統性之工業有效實施“供應鏈管理技能”,達到整體供應線效率,快速回應客戶需求。 鑒於美國及日本均分別於1980年及1995年提出快速反應(Quick Response)計劃及TIIP(Textile industry innovation program)計劃,使其國內之紡織纖維成衣之產業構造及物流效率均有更新之改革,更可利用資訊之快速、正確傳遞,使產品之開發符合市場之需求。而能應對全球之不景氣及通貨緊縮之來臨,降低企業之風險。 我國的紡織業為臺灣的先頭工業,但國內尚未見有紡織業的專業物流中心,希望能藉由本專題之研究,從供應鏈觀點作整合,能提出一個針對紡織業特性專業物流中心。 本研究以臺灣之紡織上、中、下游為對象以找出其於供應錄中之問題瓶頸:(1)傳統供應鏈流程過於複雜,成本提高,但品質難確保(2)商品所有權不易界定(3)資金流通緩慢(4)流通業者短視不及紡織業者之長期眼光。而本研究支持以專業物流中心之設立推動“Market-in”之策略並引進“LPU、之概念以期能達成「產生創造力」及多樣化「不同行業之連繫」掌握商情及客戶端之真實需求而改造整體之紡織供應鏈。 |
英文摘要 | In today’s competitive business environment, logistic holds an essential key in the success of the corporation. An efficient logistic system can decrease cost of the products Especially combined with the effective implementation of supply chain management. The organization as a whole can respond to customer’s needs more rapidly. U.S. and Japan have proposed “QUICK RESPONSE” and TIIP (textile industry innovation program) in 1980 and 1995, respectively to increase their efficiency in textile industry. These two measures have revolutionized their domestic textile industry by increasing flow of information. Thus their products can meet the requirement. This also minimizes any investment risk at the time of global recession and deflation. Textile is the first mature industry in Taiwan. But there is no logistic center designed for textile industry. This paper will discuss a textile logistic center from a supply chain perspective and its implementation in Taiwan. This paper includes for sub-topics, which covers the bottlenecks of traditional textile supply chain in Taiwan. (1) Traditional Supply chain tends to operate inefficiently which increase cost without quality assurance. (2) Ambiguous property rights (intellectual) (3) Inefficient use of capitals (4) Lack of cooperation channel. This paper will propose market-in strategy and LPU concept to achieve maximum creativity and cooperation between manufacturers and distribution channel. The proper implementation will change the supply chain structure by fully exploring market intelligence. |
