中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在於瞭解兩岸大學龍舟教練之領導行為,並比較不同背景因素(地區、科系、年級、比賽位置、訓練時間、最高運動成就)的選手對其教練領導行為知覺之差異情形。 以「教練領導行為量表(知覺版)」為研究工具,針對臺灣與中國大陸四支大學龍舟隊,進行調查,分析回收之84份有效量表。統計方法以t檢定及單因子變異數分析進行資料處理,並以Scheffe法進行事後比較。 研究結果顯示: (一)兩岸大學龍舟選手知覺的教練領導行為,依序為訓練與指導、關懷行為、獎勵行為、民主行為及專制行為。 (二)不同地區的選手知覺各層面教練領導行為皆達顯著水準,且大陸地區選手之平均得分顯著高於臺灣地區選手的平均得分。 (三)不同科系的選手知覺其教練領導行為,在訓練與指導、關懷行為皆達顯著水準,且非體育系選手之平均得分顯著高於體育系選手的平均得分。 (四)不同年級的選手知覺其教練領導行為,在訓練與指導、民主行為及關懷行為等皆達顯著水準,且三年級選手所知覺的訓練與指導、關懷行為顯著高於二年級選手。 (五)不同比賽位置的選手知覺其教練領導行為,在訓練與指導、關懷行為及獎勵行為等皆達顯著水準,且右槳選手所知覺的訓練與指導、關懷行為及獎勵行為顯著高於擔任其他位置的選手。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this rese4arch was to understood the leadership of cross-strait dragon boat coaches and to compared the difference in their own coach leadership perceived the players with different background factors (district, department, grade, race position, training time, highest sports achievement). The research used “Leadership Scale for Sports (perception version)” as the tool, and investigated four dragon-boat teams from Taiwan and Mainland China, and reclaims 84valid scales. The data was processed by way of t-test and ANOVA, and then compared by Scheffe method for statistics. The result shows: 1. The coach leader5ship perceived by cross-strait dragon-boat players in turn are training and instruction, social support, positive feedback, democratic behavior and autocratic behavior. 2. All the levels of coach leadership perceived by the players in different district achieve significant level, and the average scores of Mainland players are apparently higher than those of Taiwan playters. 3. In view of the coach leadership perceived by the players from different departments, the training and instruction, social support and positive feedback all achieve significant level, and the average scores of the players from non-department of physical education are apparently higher than those of the players from department of physical education. 4. In view of the coach leadership perceived by the players of different grade, the training and instruction, democratic behavior and social support all achieve significant level, and the training and instruction and social support perceived by Grade-3 players are apparently higher than those perceiv4ed by Grade-2 players. 5. In view of the coach leadership perceived by the players with different race position, the training and instruction, social support and positive feedback all achieve significant level, and the training and instruction, social support and positive feedback perceived by right-oar players are apparently higher than those perceived by the players of other positions. 6. In vies of the coach leadership perceived by the players with different training time, the training and instruction, democratic behavior, social support and positive feedback all achieve significant level. 7. In view of the coach leadership perceived by the players with different highest sports achievement, the autocratic behavior and social support all achieve significant level. |
