中文摘要 | 本研究目的在探討成年人不同體位指數與肺功能指標之相關性,並試圖比較何種體位指數為肺功能的最佳預測指標。研究方法為橫斷式研究,以金門地區某職場員工559人為研究對象,研究工具包括生活型態問卷、身高、體重、腰圍、臀圍等體位測量,並計算身體質量指數及腰臀比等;肺功能測量則包括用力肺容量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼氣容量(FEV₁)、一秒量率(FEV₁/FVC)實測值及其預測值等。結果顯示男女性平均年齡分別為39.6歲與43.2歲、身體質量指數(BMI)分別為24.1與23.9、FVC分別為3.63升與2.54升、FEV₁分別為3.16升與2.27升、FEV₁/FVC分別為87.4%與89.1%、FVC%pred.分別為93.0%與90.3%、FEV1%pred分別為90.5%與89.9%。多變項迴歸分析探討體位指數與肺功能指標中,在男性,腰臀比與FVC、FEV₁、FEV₁/FVC、FVC%pred.及FEV1%pred等皆為顯著負相關(p<0.05);身體質量指數只與FEV1為負相關(p<0.05)。在女性,任一體位指數對肺功能測定值皆不具顯著相關。由本研究發現,體位指標與肺功能指標經儀器校正後,男性以腰臀比值與肺功能指標有較顯著的相關;女性,體位指數與肺功能測定值皆無顯著相關,其差異性值得進一步探討。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study are to evaluate the correlation between anthropometric indices and lung function tests and try to examine which anthropometric indices is the best predictor for lung function tests among healthy workers of a factory in Chin-Mung County. This is a cross-sectional study and the study population included all 559 workers of Chin-Mung's factories. A structure questionnaire was used to evaluate their life style; anthropometric measures and lung function were also measured by trained technicians. The results showed that the mean age of males and females are 39.61 and 43.23 years old, forced vital capacity (FVC) are 3.34 liters and 3.63 liters, forced expiratory volume in 1 sec (FEV1) are 2.96 liters and 3.16 liters, body mass index(BMI) are 24.05 and 23.92, (FEV1/FVC) are 87.43 and 89.14,(FVC%pred.) are 92.32 and 192.95, (FEV1%pred.) are 90.46 and 90.53 from males and females, respectively. WHR has significant negative correlation with FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC, FVC%pred., FEV1%pred. and BMI has significant negative correlation with FEV1 among males; however, no any anthropometric indices have significant negative correlation with lung function tests among females. After adjusting for age, cigarette smoking, alcohol intake and heart disease, the WHR is the best predictor of lung function tests among males; however, none of the anthropometric indices were significantly associated with lung function tests among females. |
