中文摘要 | 本研究目的是評估利用局部弓線合併迷你骨釘治療前牙整體內縮的成果,將傳統連續性矯正弓線治療時所產生的摩擦力因素完全去除。 材料與方法,七個成人病例中包括三個雙顎前突(病例A、B和C),兩個二級異常咬合(D、E)以及兩個骨性三級異常咬合(F、G)。利用.017×.025不鏽鋼局部弓線遠心端彎一垂直鈎,將前六顆牙固定一起,做內縮之用;錨定來自迷你骨釘;.017×.025TMA下壓矯正弓線用以控制前牙的力矩方向,最後對前牙移動類型做探討。 結果:在上顎,病例A展現極佳的下壓與內縮;病例B為不受控制的傾斜;病例C和D則是控制中的傾斜。在下顎則四個病例都有前牙突出的現象,其中病例A和F有近似位移的效果。 結論:治療結果發現前牙整體內縮速度變快,但施力大小應較傳統方式為低,必要時需以下壓矯正弓線控制前牙的移動類型。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research is to evaluate the treatment outcome of en masse retraction of anterior teeth by using non-friction segmented archwire and miniscrew. Materials and methods: Seven non-growing patients are included in this research : three cases with bimaxillary dentoalveolar protrusion (A、B and C), two cases with class Ⅱ malocclusion(D and E) and two cases with skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion(F and G). Six anterior teeth were consolidated as a unit by .017°×.025 ss wire with vertical hooks. The anchor resources were miniscrews. TMA .017°×.025 intrusive archwire was to counter the clockwise moment when retraction was performed. The patterns of anterior teeth movements were analyzed by the F-op angle and the changes of the central incisor axis. Results: In the maxilla: Excellent intrusion and retraction were performed in case A. An uncontrolled tipping happened to Case B. Cases C and E showed controlled tipping. In the mandible, extrusion is a common event to all the cases. Translation happened to cases A and F. Conclusion: It's non-friction to retract the anterior teeth en masse by using segmented archwire. The principles of decreasing force magnitude and applying the intrusive archwire will lead to a satisfactory treatment outcome. |
