中文摘要 | 施工過程往往因未能及時解決界面問題,而導致工程進度延誤,惟實界對於施工界面及進度仍分開個別管理。為達有效施工界面管理及工程進度管控,本研究提出創新的施工界面及進度管理整合模式。本模式包括五個步驟:(1)將分標依施作順序建立專案整合進度網圖、(2)建立界面群組、(3)確認前及後控制作業、(4)確認面事件、及(5)轉換為施工界面進度網圖。本文以一個建築工程案例展示模式、闡述其對建築工程之界面進度理之適用性。施工界面進度整合模式較傳統之要徑網圖有較少作業、鏈結及路徑,並提昇圖之可讀性;本模式提供管理者曘晚解決該界面問題的時間點。 |
英文摘要 | Practitioners often manage construction interfaces and scheduling separately. However, poor management of construction interfaces frequently causes delays in project duration. This work develops an innovative scheduling model that incorporates management of construction interfaces for building projects. The proposed model comprises five steps, including generating an integrated schedule, establishing interface work groups, identifying front and post-holding activities for each work group, mapping interface events, and transforming to a construction interface (CI) based network schedule. Typical interface problems in building construction are thoroughly illustrated during model development. The developed CI-based schedule network has fewer activities, links, and paths than the conventional schedule network, increasing readability and schedule control. The model is applied to an example of a building projects to demonstrate the modeling steps. |
