中文摘要 | 邇來,利用IP網路傳送語音是網路服務提供亟欲達成的目標。然而,同時處理訊務與話務的集中式交換機架構並不適用於Voice over IP(VoIP)網路。因此,交換機會被拆成呼叫處理伺服器(Call Server)與媒體閘道器(Me-dia Gateway)兩部分,分別處理呼叫控制信令與媒體。呼叫處理伺服器間的溝通信令是與通道載具無關的呼叫控制協定(Bearer Independent Call Control Pro-tocol, BICC),呼叫處理伺服器控制媒體閘道器則使用媒體閘道器控制協定(Media Gateway Control Protocol, MEGACO)。本研究除了說明BICC與MEGACO等通信規約的運作外,亦將探討3GPP R4網路如何藉由BICC與MEGACO的相關程序來達成CS do-main的運作。 |
英文摘要 | Transporting voice over IP network is the goal that network service providers have been striving for. However, a centralized switching architecture handing signal and voice simultaneously is inadequate for VoIP network. Therefore, a switch is taken apart to two parts as the call server and the media gateway, as well. The communication protocol used between two call servers is BICC, and the call server controls the media gateway through MEGACO. In this study, not only BICC and MEGACO are discussed, but their applica-tions in 3G mobile network are also elaborated. |
